That is why RTT is ‘bespoke’ as Marisa Peer explains it. This means that the content of the process, just like a tailor-made suit, is designed especially for you. In a very extensive intake we discuss the presenting problem, its symptoms, triggers and your childhood. Even more importantly, we discuss what you would like the outcome of the session to be. Most people are very good at imagining what they DON’T want but have trouble envisioning what they DO want. However, with a little help, you will first fantasize, then visualize and finally realize the life you are meant to live.

The process is fully tailored to your wishes and needs. That’s what makes it so incredibly powerful.

As hypnosis might sound a little scary to some people, I offer FEEL FREE & EASY so you can experience what it is like to be in a trance, to be hypnotised. You will feel a sense of calm and relaxation with the mind more open or susceptible to suggestions in order to build motivation and drive.

You can choose the suggestions I will give you from a smorgasbord of topics like abundance, acceptance, balance, confidence, easy energy, feeling grateful,  healthy living, inner chearleader, inner compass, letting go, lovability, relaxation, resilience, wealth wiring and anything else you can dream of.

You will engage your powerful imagination to richly, fully and vividly imagine a world of possibilities.

Why might you change? In order to initiate change you first need to decide that change is indeed what you want. You want it for yourself; the motivation comes from within.

Before you can act on your desires, you first need to know what they are. Most people don’t get what they want because they don’t know what they actually want. You need to connect to your purpose. Victory is more certain when you have a clearly defined why and consistently find a way to keep yourself connected to this powerful source of motivation.

So together, in hypnosis, we will explore what the positive outcomes would be, once you’ve changed. We will find out why these outcomes are important to you and what the next step is, if anything.

The session and audio you’ll be listening to for 21 days are designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. The biggest change is that the behaviour is no longer automatic. You will have freedom of choice.

It takes twenty-one days to start a new habit, but twenty-one days is not enough to permanently revolutionise your life. Three weeks is a phenomenal and courageous start. After change has been made, if we aren’t careful, complacency slowly creeps in. Once those first signs of success show up, many people think, “Hey this is great. Life is better. My work is done.” This kind of thinking leads people to relapse into their old habits and behaviours.

The maintenance phase is critical for long term succes. Let’s take one year to turn the changes into daily practice, not only to create a habit but ultimately a way of life!

In ten lessons this interactive online course teaches you about the ten different facets of resilience. By drawing on your own resources, you’ll build a personal resilience plan, which you can use to help you face and weather any future challenges.
